Concept and Inspiration

For the second edition of our dining event at Raymond on July 26th, I sought to create a menu that would take guests on a journey through the delicate flavors and refined techniques of modern European cuisine. The goal was to balance elegance and comfort, showcasing a diverse range of ingredients and culinary methods that reflect both traditional roots and contemporary flair. This menu was meticulously curated to present a harmonious blend of textures and tastes, each dish thoughtfully crafted to provide a memorable dining experience that epitomizes the sophistication of fine dining.

Menu Details

1. Appetizer: Brie & Duck Croquette with Mustard Honey Sauce
The evening began with a tantalizing appetizer that set the tone for the culinary journey ahead. The Brie & Duck Croquette offered a delightful contrast between the creamy, rich Brie and the tender, flavorful duck.
